    - Be in charge of personal KPI
    - Follow up existing clients & develop non-Japanese customers about recruitment (by phone call, meeting,...)
    - Cooperate with colleagues to sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer for potential candidates for client's recruitment
    - Follow up customers for feedback after introducing candidates & do necessary action until finish recruitment process
    - Report and do related tasks as assignment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Min 2 years experience as BtoB Sales with KPI
    - Can communicate in English
    - Good communication skills & customer service skills
    - Quick learner & adaptability, can work independently
    - Good looking & team-work

    <Prefer>
    - Have working experience as Recruitment Consultant at headhunting companies
    - Proven working experience to support recruitment for multinational companies or high-level position recruiting
