    <Job>
    ■General Affair
    - VISA/Work permit
    - Organization of meeting, business trip, hotel and flight booking
    - Payroll
    - Personal income tax
    - Office Facility management and maintenance

    ■Interpreter
    - Interpret between Japanese employees and Vietnamese employees(mainly between Japanese GM and Vietnamese accountant)
    - Translate internal documents

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Age: Over 30 year-old
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate to be interpreter
    - English: Conversational (They have a internal meeting in English once a week)
    - Education: Bachelor
    - Experience: At least 5 year experience GA

    <Want>
    - Other: Already have enough children, and not going to give a birth to new babies anymore in the future
    *Because it's an important position for them, and if this position get a maternity leave, Japanese GM will have a hard time
