    - Thực hiện việc tuyển dụng, đào tạo
    - Thực hiện chấm công, tính lương, thưởng, soạn thảo hợp đồng lao động
    - Thực hiện các chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp...
    - Kiểm tra vệ sinh trong công ty, phòng chống các tệ nạn xã hội
    - Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến đánh giá nhân sự hàng năm
    - Giám sát tình hình trật tự lao động trong công ty
    - Quản lý lao động người nước ngoài
    - Báo cáo tình hình nhân sự trong công ty

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Female
    - Age: 28-33
    - University degree
    - Have work experience as HR for around 2 years (Any industry will be accepted)
    - Japanese skill: N2 level: be able to read simple Kanji, write Email in Japanese
    - Be able to report correctly to Japanese Managers, Director
    - Be able to use Exel, Word etc.,
    - Active, confident, able to communicate well

    <Advantage>
    - Experienced in GA
    - Have work experience at Japanese Manufacturing
    - English skills
    - Be able to get to the office by herself
