    - Design the building as requested
    - Meeting with the customer
    - Procure materials for building buildings
    - Adjust the number of workers
    - Create a process to meet the deadline and instruct workers

    ①More than 30 years old, Male
    ②More than 5 years experience about electric construction and construction control as over manager level
    ③Japanese N2 level (Communication with Japanese director)
