    <RESPONSIBILITY>
    •Ensure all daily operation run smoothly
    •Control Workforce
    •Building a good relationship with Internal – Colleague /External- Client
    •Manage daily operation, overtime of Workforce properly for Cost control, connect with WF to assign suitable staff to work Overtime.
    •Control Workforce in working lines to strictly obey SOP & IOP & regulations for smooth daily operations.
    •Contribute, follow & control SOP for all activities.
    • Checking and follow up inbound process, outbound process, stored process, stock out process, cycle count process…
    •Ensuring Who is always best status, especially welcome visitor.
    •Ensuring Who is always in cleaning, good arranging and always apply 5S in daily operation.
    •Ensuring that Why in strictly HSSE process – Healthy, Safety, Security, Environment in the daily operation
    •All of the tasks from Team Leader be always implement and strictly follow up in a corrected way.
    •Support to handle ad-hoc tasks which are assigned by BOM or team leader.
    •Willing to do ad-hoc tasks of operations in case of need.
    •Prepare the monthly report to send external client (Konica and multiple clients), Internal department (OPS, CS, Accounting ).
    •Handle monthly charges.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    •College Degree
    •Proficient in using Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook…
    •English: Intermediate
    •Over 1 year of work experience in warehouse management (at least Supervisor), especially the distribution field.
    •Interaction to Supervisors & staff
    •Co-operate to all Department in the daily operation
    •A good relationship with Customer/Workforce
    •Leadership
    •Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
    •Creative & proactive mind.
    •Team work
    •Customer – oriented
    •Planning – Organizing
    •Be able to finish all the tasks assigned quickly
    •Concerning and improve current operations process of inbound, outbound, stored, stock out – raise ideas of suggestion to BOD when needed.

    - Have experience in Logistics companies (Logitem, Yusen, Swire, Hanjin,...)
