    【Sales manager】
    A)Main Jobs
    a.Managing Sales of the New Company, as follows.
    1)Under General Director’s instruction, leading 3 Sales Teams, who are composed by almost 30 Regional Sales Staff and are located on local side, where the agrochemical products by the New Company are mainly sold.

    2)Units of the Sales Products can be over 50, mainly agrochemicals (so called Crop Protection Products) but also including Fertilizers, Plant Growth Regulator Products and so on, which are used for the agricultures.

    3)Deeply co-working with Marketing Team, who leads the technical promotion and prepare the marketing methods for the products by the New Companies.

    4)Under General Director’s instruction, preparing/updating the Sales Plan per product, controlling the Budget of Sales Expenses, etc..

    5)Deeply co-working with Supply Chain Management Team, who leads the procurement/shipment of the materials for the Sales Products, by sharing the updated Sales Plan, without shortage of the inventory of the Sales Products, which can cause the loss of the sales opportunity.

    6)Deeply co-working with Administration Team, who leads the collection of debt from the Customer Buyers of the Sales Products, to control the over-due debt ratio less than 20% of the total debt amount.

    b.Leading 3 Sales Teams, as follows.

    1)Managing each Sales Team to achieve the Sales Plan/Budget.

    2)Managing each Sales Team to collect the debt from the Customer Buyers, within 20% over-due debt ratio to the total debt amount.

    3)Managing each Sales Team’s activities, such as their visit to Dealers for commercial negotiation, arrangement the meeting with Retailers/Farmers and so on to promote the Sales Products by the New Company.

    B)Support Jobs;
    a.Co-work & support with Marketing Team to technically promote the Sales Products by the New Company, under instruction by General Director.

    b.Co-work & support with Administration Team, to control the over-due debt ratio and slow-moving inventory.

    c.Co-work & support with Research & Development Team, so that Sales Team can understand the characteristics of the Sales Products by the New Company, technically and scientifically.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    -University Degree in Agriculture (especially Crop Protection degree)

    -Have more than 5 years experience of Sales and Marketing of agrochemical products.

    -English upper-intermediate level

    <Better>
    -Have experience in multinational agrochemical companies in Vietnam, such as SYNGENTA, BAYER, DOW CHEMICAL, DUPONT, ARYSTA, or SUMITOMO CHEMICAL
