  -They want to set up new department Painting Department
  -Japanese Painting Technical Manager will come from Japan, but he can not speak English at all.
  -So they need Painting Technical Staff and Interpreter staff.
  
  - Mainly for Japanese painting manager(can not speak English at all)
  - Interpreter task(60%) : Transrater task(40%)
  - Interpret in their meeting and in their factory
  - Support for Japanese painting manager and Japanese factory manager
  - Not on site(in factory), but in office or customers side.
  - Other task from Japanese painting manager and Japanese factory manager
