  • Job Description

    We is looking for a new CEO of Japanese School, which is set to open in 2018.
    Ambition of company is to become a Japanese school with many different points, breakthrough with the application of technology in the field of education.
    Our goal is not only to train Japanese but also to motivate, inspire positive life; Formed life skills, cultural behaviors and employment opportunities for thousands of students.

    - Participate in strategic planning and implementation of Japanese school development strategy.
    - Directly conduct all activities of the School under the guidance and support of the Board.
    - Working directly with Vietnamese and Japanese experts.

  • Requirement

    MUST:
    Experience :
    - At least 7 years of management and leadership experience;
    - Have experience in product owner or project manager.
    Language:
    - Can communicate by English (Report for Manager (Japanese))

    PREFER:
    - Preference will be given to candidate in education category.
    - Priority in experience in startup;
    - Language: Can speak Japanese (N3).

    SKILL:
    - Desire to contribute to the education of Vietnam;
    - Having leadership capacity, capable of planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of the strategy;
    - Proactive, high ownership in the work;
    - Having innovative thinking, creativity;
    - Know cooperation, listening and sharing;
    - Knowledge of business, marketing, technology.
    - Prior knowledge of Japanese.
