• Job Description

  - Take care of current customers
  - Directly work with the customer about price negotiation, get Purchase Order from Customer
  - Cooperate with Sale inner: Provide information for making Sale contracts for Customers
  - Make a forecast quantity as customers need to work with Production to make the production plan
  - Follow up the delivery time to customers
  - Ensure payment from Customers
  - Search the market and find out the new customers
  - Report to Manager (Japanese Manager)
  
  - Chăm sóc khác hàng hiện tại.
  - Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng về đàm phán giá, nhận đơn đặt hàng.
  - Hợp tác chắc chẽ với Sales office: để cung cấp thông tin làm hợp đồng cho khách hàng.
  - Dự đoán sản lượng mà khách hàng cần để phòng sản xuất đưa ra kế hoạch sản xuất.
  - Theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng cho khách hàng.
  - Đảm bảo thanh toán đúng hẹn từ phía khách hàng.
  - Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới trên thị trường.
  - Làm báo cáo gửi sếp Nhật.
