  • Job Description

    * JOB PURPOSE
    - Implement providing the Solution on using tires with the highest efficiency to potential customers throught building up the service team of the dealer, supervise and provide the services as the standard for customer >> Contribute to the company's sales volume, maintain and increase the market share of the BS products.
    - Implement some FE works as a member role and in-charge the territory as well.

    * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1/ Planning & implement the SP works
    - Studying and proposing AP for the work in charge
    - Making IIP to implement the appoved AP
    - Following up, implementing and make report.
    - Handle issues occurs / take care customers.
    - Find and expand the new customers

    2/ Improve & develop the Model
    - Evaluate, review & improve continuously the process, procedure to increase productivity.
    - Systemize the operation procedure both internal and external.

    3/ WTB/ IT system and supporting device
    - Improve the quality of implementing SP model by improving WTB/ IT system with BSCAP/ IT
    - Study the supporting devices/tools suitable for WTB/ IT to increase work productivity.

    4/ Optimize using Retread Tire
    - Study to optimize/increase using the retread tire

    5/ Support for leader, HOD, other units, dept, visitor
    - Support for leader, HOD in unit works, planning, preparation & improvement - report the progress and result.
    - Support for other units, depts and visitors upon request.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    < MUST HAVE >
    - College/ Bachelor or Engineer degree in Chemical, Automobile
    - At least 1 years experience in tire and/or automobile
    - English (Upper-Intermediate)

    < REQUIRED SKILLS >
    - Planning, training, time manage
    - Logical, analysis, problem solving, customer orientated.
    - Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
